CMMC provided consulting services for the development of the concept plans and design criteria, but did not construct this facility. During this time we were responsible for preparation of initial construction and anticipated expenses budgets, analyzed bid results and submitted recommendations concerning the construction contracts. We also advised on procedures concerning loan draw requests and verification of construction draw requests.
