MMC N. V was engaged in 2nd Quarter of 2009 as the marine consultant of record for this anticipated 200 million dollar upland and on water project. MMC N. V was responsible for all Marina design, Marina construction and will be responsible ultimately for the marketing and management of the facility. Once completed the facility will include over 200 slips ranging in size from 25 feet to over 300 feet in length with both transient and condo docks. MMC N.V was also responsible for providing the information needed for the financing of the project including a comprehensive business plan of all cash flow and return on investment projections.
